Company information and scope

HUBEN LTD, company number 17027047, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London N1 3FY, United Kingdom. Contact research@huben.ltd. These terms apply to HUBEN's website and free publication service. Use the service lawfully and respect others' rights. The privacy notice explains personal-information use.

Free membership and publications

Membership, standard research publications and e-books are free. Sign-in may be required for complete material. There is no paid membership, recurring subscription charge or obligation to buy consultancy. Email subscriptions and research participation are separate choices.

Consultancy and bespoke reports

Consultancy, commissioned analysis or a bespoke case report may be offered for a fee. An enquiry does not create a paid order. Before work begins we agree the scope, deliverables, price and applicable taxes, payment schedule, timing, confidentiality, permitted use and intellectual-property terms, cancellation and complaints arrangements. Applicable consumer rights, including any required cancellation information, remain protected. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Research and editorial standards

Publications provide general research and information, not individual legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. Read findings with their methods, evidence date and limitations. A preview or concept is not a completed study. We may correct or update material and welcome substantiated corrections at research@huben.ltd.

Intellectual property and permitted use

HUBEN and its licensors retain rights they hold in the site and publications. Free access does not transfer ownership. You may read and download materials for personal or internal organisational reference and quote with appropriate attribution where the licence or law permits. Redistribution of full works, resale or removal of attribution requires permission unless a stated licence or law allows it. Copyright exceptions and mandatory user rights are not restricted.

Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and licences. Availability through Google or another search engine is not permission to reuse it. We credit contributors and sources as agreed; credit alone does not replace permission where required.

AI-assisted content

HUBEN may use AI for drafting, translation, visuals or analysis. A human editor remains responsible for checking evidence, sources, licences and the final publication. Material AI assistance is described in the publication or methodology where it affects interpretation. Synthetic examples must be labelled and must not be presented as actual participants, interviews, quotations or research findings.

AI output is not automatically accurate, original, exclusive or free of third-party rights. Any rights statement applies only to rights HUBEN actually holds or is licensed to exercise. Send concerns about an identifiable work to research@huben.ltd with the publication and supporting details.

Accounts and research participation

Email verification or optional LinkedIn sign-in provides access. Keep your sign-in credentials under your control. Invite-only studies require the invited address. Initial research is for adults aged 18+ and excludes health and psychological questions; participation is voluntary under the study information. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents or a legal requirement.

Contributions

You retain any rights you hold in your material. You confirm authority to share it, including third-party elements. You grant only the permission selected in the contribution flow; attribution, wider reuse or different uses need the corresponding permission or a separate agreement. Submission alone does not guarantee publication, payment, employment or a commercial relationship. Do not disclose confidential or unnecessary personal information.

Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, impersonate others, or submit unlawful or infringing material. Third-party services have their own terms. Linking to a source does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that general research fits every individual purpose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any limits for paid work must be agreed separately and be lawful.

Law, changes and contact

These terms use the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections and access to courts available under applicable local law. We identify material changes; revised website terms do not retrospectively change a paid agreement. Questions or complaints can be sent to research@huben.ltd.
